For many of us, life is challenging and we worry about being enough; good enough, smart enough or beautiful enough. 

And even if everything seems to be fine, why is there often an insatiable curiosity about whether there is more ‘out there’ to be experienced?

We can find ourselves in a position where we love our significant other but don’t like his/her behaviour. If our relationships are not working, a new perspective and understanding of what is going on might help. 

If we feel we are not good enough, a failure or unlovable, we can be tempted to mask our pain by turning to addictive substances or behaviours, often without realising that these include  coffee, alcohol, drugs (prescription or otherwise) overworking, anger, despair, social phobia, internet etc.  

These tell-tale signs may point to an identity crisis, which means we don’t know who we really are, deep down, what our values are or where we want to go in life. We have never taken the journey inwards to our heart. 

If you want to stop, look and take action, then give me a call. I may not have all the answers but I have a good non-judgemental listening ear and I believe that often any unwanted behaviour is simply a defence mechanism against an intolerable situation. 

It is possible to release the impact of past traumas, grief, anxiety, identity issues and many other issues with professional help.
