Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows

Counselling & Psychotherapy
Counselling & Psychotherapy
Let’s face it, there times when just getting through the day can be a struggle, for all sorts of reasons. As problems pile up one on top of another, there comes a time when life becomes overwhelming and we just don’t know what to do.
Counselling and psychotherapy can help to give you a new perspective on life.

Therapy (BWRT)
BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT)
‘BWRT®’ is the abbreviation for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI.
It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which it’s not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss – the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead.

Hypnotherapy
Like many people, are there times when you are at the end of your tether and could scream at the world to stop? If so, then psychotherapy may be something to consider. Psychotherapy is the process of having a non-judgemental, neutral and professional therapist listen carefully to your story; someone who supports you in finding the answers you need.
Counselling is a way of talking through problems you are having in your life, for example, coping with bereavement, relationship issues, fears or phobias. It provides a safe place for you to share your concerns in a non-judgemental environment where your welfare is most important. Counselling is a shorter form of therapy where you can make sense of what is happening and/or strategies can be put in place to create better outcomes in your life.
Psychotherapy is a deeper form of talk therapy which can focus on childhood influences, patterns of belief that impact the present and/or strategies for creating your achievable ideal self. The word ‘psychotherapy’ comes from Ancient Greek; psyche meaning ‘breath, spirit or soul’ and therapeia meaning ‘healing, or medical treatment’. Quite simply, psychotherapy is a ‘healing of the soul/spirit.’
BrainWorking
Recursive Therapy (BWRT) is a relatively new therapy that is based on
neuroscience that uses the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your
own unique brain processes to help you get better. It also includes Coaching.
Hypnotherapy is the use of psychotherapy through the medium of hypnosis. Hypnosis is simply a state of relaxed focused awareness. It is completely natural and safe in the hands of an experienced therapist. Clients are often surprised (and sometimes disappointed) to discover that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. The most frequent comment is ‘I didn’t feel hypnotised’. That is because hypnosis is not a feeling; it is an altered state of consciousness that occurs many times naturally over the day for every person when we go into ‘automatic’ mode. This ‘automatic’ mode occurs when we daydream or find ourselves arriving at a destination in the car and being unable to recall how we got there
