Hypno-Psychotherapy is simply psychotherapy (therapy of the mind) under light hypnosis.  You are in control at all times and it is a faster way of identifying negative behaviours that are rooted in the belief systems of the unconscious mind. Wouldn’t it be great to release them?

What type of person wants to undergo hypno-psychotherapy?

Everyone, with the exception of very young children, people suffering from severe mental illness or elderly people who are showing signs of dementia. The main reason for the exclusion is that focused attention is required for hypnosis.

Clients present with a variety of issues, for example,  wishing to find ways of coping with chronic illness that is interfering with their emotional or physical well-being.
