Research carried out in 92 case studies involving 9,742 clients, has shown that online therapy is just as effective as face-to-face therapy (Barak, Hen, Boniel-Nissim & Shapira, 2008).  Many clients prefer online therapy for convenience, mobility and accessibility.

A growing number of clients now prefer to interact online from the comfort of their own home or hotel room.  It is especially helpful during the Covid-19 pandemic as the lack of physical contact makes it a very safe option.

I use the secure and confidential Zoom platform to interact with my clients. This platform can be accessed from your laptop using the built-in camera and microphone, your smartphone, or your desktop computer with external webcam.
