While there is no guarantee that therapy will solve your problem, it is my intention to help you to help yourself, by facilitating a deep awareness of what is actually troubling you and helping you to empower yourself to make appropriate changes. What you are paying for is my professional time, experience and commitment to help you at this stage in your life. 

Because we are all unique, I plan and tailor your therapy with you to match your needs, individual requirements and personality type.  Primarily working as an integrative therapist, I use a variety of approaches including humanistic (person-centred), psychodynamic (analysis), Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) or hypnosis which result in short term or long-term therapy. 

I may ask you to do ‘homework’ between sessions as part of our partnership in therapy.  It is up to you to follow through on these tasks to maximise the positive benefits of therapy.
